This course provides simple and essential information, practical resources and signposting. This enables you to take each week, step-by-step, to reduce the overwhelm and gain clarity and direction. We go one step further and develop a personalised FND Starter Plan.
Different Formats
Each module contains a workbook to take away and work through at your own pace, and a copy of any slides shared during the session so that you have them to refer to at any time.
The printed materials are in pastel colours for visual sensitivity as well as black and white to keep costs down for those who wish to print. Where particular needs are identified in advance, formats can be tailored to needs.
Community Support
FND is so commonly misunderstood and often our experiences can lead to us feeling a range of emotions.

FND Wellbeing endeavours to provide an platform of understanding and a safe environment for discussion and exploration within small groups.
This enables the content and support to be tailored towards the needs and requirements of participants with FND.
Your Instructor
Hi, I'm Kerryn!

Since 2017, I've been dedicated to supporting the FND community through peer-led support groups, events, and shared resources. Over the years, I’ve built a comprehensive library of knowledge and resources, enriched by the experiences and insights of many community members, as well as my own journey with FND.

With more than five years of training in nervous system regulation, clinical hypnosis, NLP, and wellbeing coaching, I’ve gained valuable tools that have been an integral part of my own recovery journey and in supporting others too.

I am passionate about helping our community build knowledge, discover valuable resources, and develop practical strategies. My goal is to help empower you to navigate and manage life with FND more effectively and with greater confidence.
