Simply Rest: Nurturing Wellness in the Midst of Challenges is a comprehensive and holistic approach to nurturing overall wellbeing through different types of rest.
It covers physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual, sensory and environmental aspects that impact how we navigate our lives with FND. Each different type of rest supports our ability to restore, reset, renew and find ways to regenerate energy too.

We can easily become disconnected from our body with the loss of control and discomfort often experienced.
This mini course explores different approaches to gently begin to nurture and nourish our physical body as well as our mindset too. We explore general nutritional wellness, rest, massage, breathing, relaxation and gentle mindful movement to cultivate and nurture a balanced approach to our mind-body connection with FND.
Actively participate, nurture and nourish your self-care to promote relaxation, a healthier way of being, and foster a sense of agency and control over your physical and mental wellbeing.
I'd seriously recommend this course for anyone who knows that they need to look after themselves a little bit better.
